Exciting News from Our Proteomics Facility!
We are thrilled to share the news of our newly acquired innovative technology for single cell isolation and analysis, the cutting-edge instrument cellenOne X1 Neo.
cellenONE X1 Neo is the new and improved single-cell isolation platform from the Scienion spin-off company Cellenion, and ours is only the 5th to be installed worldwide!
It uses advanced visual processing methodologies and Scienion’s high-throughput and precision dispensing technologies for high-accuracy single cell isolation and analysis.
The acquisition of this breakthrough technology, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Fund, will facilitate the miniaturized sample preparation of individual cells for single cell proteomics workflows, and ensure that our Proteomics Facility continues to be at the forefront of science and the BSRC Fleming a center of excellence in research and innovation.
