The Fleming Genomics Facility achieved several milestones in its latest Exome-seq experiments. According to the Life Technologies Ion Community website, it ranks in the top 10 among Ion Proton users worldwide in terms of a) mapped bases and b) total bases achieved in a single Ion PITM chip run.
Notably, The Fleming Genomics Facility is ranked 1st in the “Longest Fragment Perfect Alignment” category.
More breakthroughs will hopefully follow.
