Post-doctoral Position in Bioinformatics – Talianidis Lab (19/05/2014)

A position for a Post-doctoral Fellow in Bioinformatics is available in the lab of Dr. Iannis Talianidis at BSRC Fleming.
We are seeking for a young, highly motivated Bioinformatician to work on projects that use Next Generation Sequence data processing and analysis. The data for the analyses are produced in mouse models studying the role of epigenetic modifiers in liver development, metabolic regulation and hepatocarcinogenesis. The successful candidate will cooperate with a senior bioinformatician and several biologists in an interactive research group.
Strong computational/programming skills are required. Experience in Next Generation Sequence data analysis will be appreciated.
