The laboratory of George Panayotou is seeking to employ one experienced post-doctoral fellow under the recently granted national research project (ARISTEIA ΙΙ), titled "Fine-tuning JNK-mediated stress signaling: the role of dual-specificity phosphatases". The project is co-financed by the European Union and Greece Operational Program "Education and Life-long Learning", European Regional Development Fund, NSFR 2007-2013. Candidates should have a PhD in Life Sciences or related disciplines and a strong background in proteomic analysis. The successful candidate will be employed for a period of four months to implement isotope-labeling techniques for proteomics, an area where significant expertise is required. Candidates should have proven knowledge of the English language to a high standard. The selection criteria, with an equal weight, are: 1) CV; 2) relevance of research interests; 3) expertise in the requested field and 4) an interview which will be conducted with the most suitable candidates.
