Position Archive

A position for a highly motivated post-doctoral scientist is available immediately in the lab of Dr. George Kollias at BSRC Fleming in the context of GSRT SYNERGASIA project TheRAlead (09ΣΥΝ-21-784). TheRAlead aims to exploit a "hit to lead" concept beginning from several validated target molecules involved in the pathogenesis of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), to provide successful candidate leads for clinical evaluation. The successful candidate will be a member of a highly interactive research group that operates across immunology, molecular biology, systems biology and animal modeling.

Candidates should have a PhD in Biology, at least one high impact, first-author publication, proven expertise in immunology and/or animal modeling, and must be able to interact closely and productively with scientists from different disciplines (i.e. bioinformaticians, chemists).
