The laboratory of George Panayotou is seeking to employ one experienced post-doctoral fellow under a recently granted research project:

"Phospholipases A2 inhibitors: Developing a drug pipeline for the treatment of inflammatory neurological disorders", Synergasia grant (11SYN-1-1258/Συνεργασία ΙΙ) 

Co-financed by the European Union/ European Regional Development Fund - Operational program “Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship” - and National funds.

Candidates should have a PhD in Life Sciences or related disciplines and a strong background in one or more of the following fields: biochemistry/molecular biology, enzymatic inhibitors, proteomic analysis, animal modeling. At least one first-author publication is required in a high impact international journal.
