Available projects focus on epigenetic networks regulating liver development; liver metabolic pathways; intestinal carcinogenesis; DNA repair pathways. The candidate is expected to lead research activities related to computational analysis of ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data.
Candidates must have a strong background in Bioinformatics-Computational biology. Proven expertise in analyzing/managing complex data sets from high throughput sequencing techniques is required.
